Gidday  I'm Leeann and Welcome to the land down under... (Australia)

 10 random things about me...

1: I love going to the beach I could sit and ponder all day!

2: I live on a farm in a small country town called Capel in Western Australia

3: I don’t do animals but we have 7 chooks and a dog and 2 budgies that we keep replacing as they escape.

4: I am a qualified hairdresser

5: I was naturalize a fair dinkin Aussie chick in 2005 - (no longer a kiwi)

6: I Love polka - dots and bows on shoes.

7: I love jeans and jandals.

8:  I am a night owl

9:  I love cooking for oodles of people.

10: My favorite Hambly product would be the all mixed up overlays…all of it really!

I adore using the hambly overlays  they are like a peek a boo to me. There is so much you can do with them and today I wanted to share with you an album I made using lots of hambly yumminess.

Mini brag shaker album called - "Memories in my pocket"

The cover is made from sandwiching overlays together and stitching, leaving  a small gap each side and filling with buttons and then stitching it closed.

I filled this album with candid pics that I have lying around which happen to be favorites!
Such a fun and easy project to make and you could use anything you like to place inside  the covers. All those left over bits and bobs would be perfect for some thing like this.

and now it's time to hop on over to the next designers blog..
thanks so much for stopping by,
I hope I have inspired you to go grab some hambly and have so
FUN!!!
Thanks Leeann xxx

  19. I've had a couple Australian friends, and I've heard that it is a faux pas to mistake Aussies for Kiwis and vice versa! Any truth to that? I am so fascinated by both countries. Anyway, I am totally into your shaker brag book. I've actually never made a shaker album. I think I should give it a try! Beautiful colors and I dig your choice of embellishments. Great taste!
