oct newsletter is out.....

The Oct - Boxx Newsletter is out..... check it out for some so cool scrapping inspiration!
here's two projects i did..... the first one is OTP and the second one it the BOS...i also used the alpha sticker sheet as a pattern paper... by removing some of the alphas....Mwah

Stuff from the Oct retreat......

All i can say is that i had an absolute ball.... meeting all the girls and scrapping my little crazy heart out.....of course i was rather LOUD.... but i would not change it for the world... that's just who i am......and there are girls there that are just as loud!!!!! lmao!!!!
So as you can see i managed to scrap everything... all i need to do is add journaling and some pics to some of the mini books.... Miss Mardi and Miss Nic are totally awesome chicks and they kept us busy the whole time.... i learnt some great new tricks from not just the teachers!!!! everyones projects totally rocked!!!!
oh and check out my new tote...... it's the yummiest tote ever!!!!! you got to get one... check out the BOXX SHOP....... and what total spunks are those chicks at the top!!!! lmao.... Mwah

SC whisper LO......

Here's my take on Tatum's whisper article in SC 59...I was second.... Mwah.....

I was so inspired at 2.30 am...chatting away with a friend... and went into the gallery and saw a really awesome LO.... which drove me to create this.... you see Louise had used a printed transparency with the design of bamboo shoots all over it... so i got thinking how cool it would be to recreate that pattern.... so with the help of a PP and transparency film and some masking fluid and paint. i ended up creating this background..... now thats cool!!

How to:

1. Place the Transparency film on top of the PP
2. Trace the design using the masking fluid, allow to dry
3. Sponge paint all over, allow to dry
4. Peel the masking fluid off.... "revealing your design"

How cool is this then and what an awesome effect... I love it and will keep on playing...

So here it is girls.... the new chippy that's on the block by Petrina McDonald....All I can say is that the designs of the chippy are totally freakin awesome and you need to get some and play!!! I had a ball playing and can't wait to get some more... mwah xx
