Come doodle with me....

Ok.... here it is..... it's a new group I've started at the boxx.... you are all welcome to come over and join in....

printable #1 "christmas fruit doodles"

- you need to right click and "save image as"
- make your own adjustments and print - looks awesome if you print on photo paper and just color in.... i use acrylic paints add a wee bit of water so it runs smooth... plus stampin-up white gel pen and my black pen is aqua lip.... they work well on photo paper.... and doodling on kraft CS is awesome...

this is to challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and a chance for you to learn some tips on how I go about it.
more stuff will be post at the boxx as blogger can be difficult at times.... but I will let you know when I have posted any updates.... there will be fun stuff posted here to.... it won't be a regular thing it's gonna be totally random just like me....

Comic books are in I say.............

"sweet little cherub"

...handmade: felt yo yo, pink silk bloom, dyed doilies, denim buttons...
"archie comic book" background, glimmer misting, masking using my birdcage design...and my all time favorite buzz and bloom CB stems...

"she was so shy when she was 4"

...handmade: felt yo yo, denim button..... some doodling and painting... letters cut from pizza boxx using cuttlebug...

• get that comic book look by trimming your photo's unevenly... like a Polaroid....

• doodle a border line on your photo.

• use speech bubbles for your journal ling and titles

• or just cut the speech bubbles from the comic books and use them...

• use scenes from a comic book for a fun collage background

and I hope you will jump on board and get into some comic books ...

This darling little girl is now 4 mths old and rolls over!!!!
she is extremely strong... I sit and watch her pull herself forward in her chair to grab at the toys...I think we will see a tooth soon too!!! oh and she giggles lots...it's the cutest thing to hear!!!!

Next is a LO i created for a challenge over at a million memories set by Larissa she wanted us to get inspired by using a circus theme.... so here you have it a little girl with a swimming cap and a red nose on .... she was cracking jokes and screaming out silly names... she is my clown...

the next 3 LO's were created by Renee... who has a scrap shop in my town...she got right into it... I think she has done a fantastic job on her LO's featuring her son Dylan...colourful boy LO's...Renee has had fun playing with some of my chipboard designs and also some dyed doilies...
